Before I do this, I want to clarify that for every dream in the book, you woud not only have to get permission from the person who had the dream and put their name (or username, whichever they preferred) next to it, you would also have to put the Meaning of Dreams website, and the website address, http://www.meaningofdreams.org, as the source for every dream. You would have to acknowledge that all of the dreams came from the Meaning of Dreams website.
